в компании принято врать , на словах говорят сделаем все для клиента а на деле , все сводится к получению денег , а доставка цветов ко дню рождения ... ничего подождут потом как ни буть довезем при случае. отказались договориться о доставке, деньги не возвращают, объяснили что таки правила компании... видимо компания воров.

Много негатива написано в сторону учителя по химии. Но мне кажется проблемы этого колледжа намного глубже !!!!
Начиная с кураторов, к примеру Мел.Екатерина Сергеевна за её работу - твердая двойка! Любимчиков собрала, особое к ним отношение !!!Остальные так. Один негатив . Безразличный, неорганизованный, на вопросы отвечает нехотя или игнорирует. Информацию доносит в последний момент, в проблемах не помогает. |

К сожалению сокращать диапазон доставки нет возможности (выбирать первый час из диапазона или последний) , мы стараемся минимизировать временной диапазон до 3 часов минимум, чтобы у курьера была возможность успеть доставить все заказы без задержек. У покупателя всегда есть право выбрать наиболее удобный для него диапазон и указать адрес, где он точно будет находится в это время. Тем не менее, мы обязательно передадим вашу обратную связь нашей команде, чтобы проанализировать ситуацию и минимизировать подобные случаи в будущем предупреждая покупателя о всех нюансах. Очень разочарован доставкой, впервые такое, что просишь раньше, а приезжают под конец временного диапазона, и наоборот просишь позже, а курьер за час до диапазона звонит( в итоге третьей попытки удалось забрать парфюм.
нравится - оплата через ерип, удобно, большой ассортимент, часто акции не нравится - цены на новинки чаще х2 чем в парфюмисте магазине стационарном, на мележа плохо с парковкой, не заехать, не забрать, а точка самовывоза одна пожелания - сделать точку самовывоза в Замке, есть же магазин, пакеты сделать яркими, а это доп реклама магазину, не одним же пакетам яблока в городе ходить) |

В курсах MaxProfit очень классно, что всё идёт от простого к сложному. Сначала дают базу, потом уже переходят к схемам заработка. Даже в демо-версии можно получить полезную инфу, а в основном курсе прям детально разбирают, как делать сделки, какие биржи использовать, на что обращать внимание. Всё объясняют понятным языком, поэтому даже если ты вообще не разбираешься в теме, всё равно поймёшь.

Нужно было застеклить террасу, при этом хотелось, чтобы сохранился свет и было не тесно. Менеджер помог выбрать конструкцию и остекление, выбрали холодное, ибо пользуемся только как летней кухней. Всё встало как родное. Благодарю за индивидуальный подход!

Срочно нужно было заменить окно лопнуло стекло. Замерщик не только подобрал подходящий вариант, но и приехал быстро. Поставили новое окно, которое было в наличии и не пришлось ждать недели, устранили сквозняк и вернулись в квартиру. Цены адекватные, рекомендую.

Магазин супер! Заказал велосипед в подарок. Когда он приехал, понял, что велосипед не подходит ребенку, (сам ошибся в выборе). Ребята вошли в положение и помогли решить ситуацию, быстро сделали замену. Ребенок доволен, а я рад и признателен за вовлеченность и оперативность! Действительно дружелюбный вело-магазин!
